An initial consultation is the first focused meeting to discuss your legal needs, answer questions, and provide guidance on your options. If we choose to move forward with a flat-fee estate plan, the consultation fee is applied to the total cost. 

For services outside flat-fee estate planning, such as trust administration or Medicaid planning, the standard hourly rate applies.
