Includes: Your Ladybird Deed.

Includes: A Patient Advocate Designation.

Includes: Your Power of Attorney Delegating Power of Parental Consent.

Your initial consultation is your first focused meeting to discuss your legal needs, get answers to your questions, and receive guidance on your options. If you decide to move forward with a flat-fee estate plan, your consultation fee will be applied to the total cost. 

For your services outside of flat-fee estate planning, such as trust administration or Medicaid planning, the standard hourly rate will apply.
