Focused Estate Planning, After Death, Elder Law, and LLC Services
When a child turns 18, parents and family members no longer have automatic access to medical information or the ability to help make health care decisions, even in an emergency. A Patient Advocate Designation (health care power of attorney) allows a college student or young adult to name a trusted person to speak with doctors and make medical decisions if they are unable to do so themselves.
At Thomas Legal, PLLC, we offer a focused, flat-fee process to help families put these protections in place before a crisis occurs.

If you think a patient advocate designation might be right for you, I offer this service for a flat fee of $295. To get started, please complete a short intake form, which usually takes about 5–10 minutes. After I receive your completed form, I’ll review it and call you to schedule a time to discuss your goals. If we decide to move forward, I will then send you a written engagement agreement.
